social benefits

Getting involved in Oakleaf will provide you with numerous opportunities to connect with other Military Health Service Officers and Spouses, as well as get to know key leadership figures in the community.  In addition to our various philanthropic activities, our Social Committee organizes events for our members to enjoy.  These events include things like:

  •  Little Oaks: Gatherings for young children and their parents, including park playdates, museum visits, and beach days.
  • Oakleaf Night Out & Meet-Ups: Fun, adult oriented outings around the region including dinners, lunches, happy hour, brewery tours, and winery visits.
  • Enrichment: A variety of in person and virtual events to connect with other members with a specific interest in mind, such as book club, bunco, and wellness activities like hikes and yoga.

The Oakleaf Club also sponsors three events a year - a welcome event in the fall, holiday social in the winter, and a year end party in the spring.
